| SpinCircuit Online Help & PDF Softcopy Documentation |

SpinCircuit developed supply-chain management software for the circuitboard parts industry. Users were circuitboard design engineers, electronic components purchasers, and supply-base managers. I was responsible for creating and maintaining the entire SpinCircuit documentation library from scratch, developing and building an online help system, and founding the technical publications department. As the working documentation lead, I also hired and managed contract technical writers. I coded all HTML and JavaScript by hand, and created graphics using Adobe Photoshop for the online help. I used Adobe Framemaker to create the PDF softcopy documentation.

SPB assisted database administrators and developers to create stored procedures with a graphical interface and by providing wrapper code and common elements. The expanding and collapsing Table of Contents on the left is powered with JavaScript. The help was packaged as part of IBM DB2 Universal Database, and localized for sixteen different languages on five platforms.
